THE PLACE TO BE

Property Leaders Brisbane is an independent and vibrant community open to professionals working in the property and construction industry. Our regular events bring people together to share and debate ideas and inspire positive change in our city.

I thoroughly enjoy speaking at the events that are organised by Property Leaders Brisbane. They are usually relatively informal and fun – but this does not stop them from discussing the issues that are impacting on our City and our industry as a whole. The most remarkable thing about the people behind Property Leaders is their willingness to tackle the topics that are often seen to be controversial or taboo by other, more established, industry bodies.
Peter Edwards, Director - Archipelago
I am a relative newcomer to both Brisbane and this particular networking group. However, I was extremely impressed with the content and the approach that was taken for the event that I attended. Most importantly, I was excited to see the depth of the audience and the number of variety of individuals from across the property industry. It is certainly a very active and dynamic group that delights in engaging its audience in open dialogue.
Professor Margaret Maile Petty, Head of School | Design | Creative Industries Faculty - Queensland University of Technology
The events are fun and friendly so I have found that people are relaxed and open to sharing ideas and opportunities. It’s a great setting for learning in an informal environment and for building relationships regardless of seniority in the industry. Property Leaders Brisbane is open to everyone and as such facilitates great networking opportunities whilst ensuring that you almost always take away something new.
Carol Hodgson, (Former) Director, Strategic Research at JLL
I have been a supporter and advocate of Property Leaders for the last few years as both a speaker and frequent attender. Property Leaders clearly tries to break the mould when it comes to entertaining and relevant property events. Presentation topics are carefully thought out to be different and challenging, yet topical and up to date. Expert speakers are chosen for their unique perspective and often off-beat views to promote quality debate. Property Leaders events are interesting and entertaining and there is always plenty of opportunity for networking and discussion.
Gary Emmett, Senior Economist - Turner & Townsend
